DMCA (Dijital Binyıl Telif Hakkı Yasası) Politikası

• Şikayette bulunan tarafın, materyalin şikayete konu olan şekilde kullanılmasına telif hakkı sahibi, temsilcisi veya yasalar tarafından izin verilmediğine iyi niyetle inandığına dair bir beyan.
• Bildirimde yer alan bilgilerin doğru olduğunu ve yalan beyanda bulunmanın cezai sorumluluğu (yeminli beyan) altında, şikayetçi tarafın ihlal edildiği iddia edilen münhasır hakkın sahibi adına hareket etmeye yetkili olduğunu belirten bir beyan.
• İhlal edildiği iddia edilen münhasır hakkın sahibi adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin ıslak veya güvenli elektronik imzası.

E-posta yanıt süremiz 7 iş gününe kadar çıkabilmektedir. Şikayetinizi doğrudan bize iletmek yerine İnternet Servis Sağlayıcımız (Hosting firmamız) gibi üçüncü taraflara göndermenin talebinizi hızlandırmayacağını, aksine şikayetin usulüne uygun yapılmaması nedeniyle sürecin uzamasına yol açabileceğini lütfen unutmayın.
